Louis Dartois' cuisine is sincere, deep-rooted and delicate. Our chef draws his inspiration from Brittany, its producers and its seasons. With each dish, he tells a tasty and generous local story, with the rigor of the cook and the sensitivity of the craftsman.
Our cuisine celebrates the richness of the Breton terroir, using fresh, local, seasonal produce. Each dish is an ode to true taste, combining French traditions with nods to the inspiration of Pont-Aven. Simple, refined and sincere, true to the spirit of the house.
